Hey, everyone. I have played several different games lately. Mighty Mouse has gone 'free' and I've played it a little. It's okay. You fly through the air and punch bad guys, mines dropped by Oil Can Harry's plane, and try to avoid hitting anything unless you are pushing a button that gives you super speed. There are a lot of levels but they get harder, fast, and that takes some of the fun away. Still, for free, I can't complain. Also, Polly Purebred is fairly attractive, for a mouse. I wonder if she is a natural blond? Only her hairdresser knows for sure.
Fishdom Harvest HD is an older game that we've had for a while. This is a fun, relaxing game that has you swapping tiles so that you can complete levels and advance. As this happens, you earn in-game cash and decorate your fish tank with fish, plants and equipment. I like it a lot.
I understand that Shadowgun is now coming out with a version that is on-line multiplayer. I don't play on-line but it should be very cool for those that partake of that action. This version is supposedly on Android as we speak and will shortly be on IOS.
Also, I heard that Modern Combat 4 is coming out in the next few weeks and it looks very cool, according to the video which I saw. This time of the year is a cool time to be a gamer. Speaking of that, I saw that Halo 4 made $220,000,000 in the first 24 hours that it was on sale. Obviously, I'm in the wrong line of work. Ha, ha.
You I-Pad folks might be interested to know how to clean your pastel smart cover. Mine was getting a grungy look to it. It is the sky blue color and I didn't like the smudges, so I put Windex on a wash cloth and scrubbed that bad boy. It came clean, no problemo. In retrospect, I should have bought a darker color, but I like pastels. No, I am not gay. In fact, I am not even jolly. Ha, ha.
Hey, I was very glad to see Barnes and Noble go into the UK. I probably sell more books through Barnes and Noble than anywhere. Apple has put their I-Books Store into 50 more countries, lately. The potential market for e-books, counting all smart phones, tablets, I-pods, PC's etc., must be close to a billion people. How the book industry has changed in the last 3 years!
I accidentally hit the publish button a while ago, so if you are wondering why this post is coming to you piecemeal, that is why. Sorry about that.
Goodnight from the author's green retreat.
